Appreciate the update, Ashely. What part of the Aus market is expensive, you mentioned banks, is that it? Alot of the hot air has come out of healthcare if im not mistaken. In the US it's very concentrated towards the big tech players. Brazil is cheap and I would consider Brazil a commodity driven market so can we say commodities are showing value today or where is the value?

Hey Chris - most of the ASX over-pricing is the big banks (due to their sheer weight) - but also other big stocks like the health majors + tech stocks (even after their price reductions) - mainly due to over-aggressive overseas expansion paying far too much with little DD. But over-pricing extends also extends to industrials, REITs, discretionaries, staples retailers. Investors paying far too much per dollar of divs and profits, especially when profit/div growth has been very poor (backwards in real terms) over the past decade + low ROEs (big contrast to the US market). But the weight of money (12% compulsory Super contribs + ETFs) pushing up prices.
